Small Portable Concrete Batch Plant

1, Main engine chassis:
It is a cantilever-shaped mixer chassis, which contains the traction pin of the supporting truck and the placement feet; the main engine of the portable concrete batch plant, cement and water, water reducing agent and other measuring scales are placed on the chassis; the nearby safety inspection walk tables, guardrails, etc.
2, Control room:
The control room is at the bottom of the mobile concrete batching plant chassis, which contains the automatic control system of the portable concrete batching plant. Its control system is the same as that of the ordinary concrete batch plant system. The control room is used as the front fulcrum of the whole mobile concrete batch plant equipment during operation. The control room folds up the support frame and hides it under the control when the site is transferred; all the lines of the control system do not need to be dismantled.
3, Stone batching measurement verification:
This system software is located at the back end of the whole small portable concrete batching plant, and the upper end is a stone (sand, stone) storage bin. The storage bin can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, and a widening board is provided to increase storage. Material volume, pneumatic door opening operation, stone measurement verification is a total measurement method of various raw materials. The rear axle of the car is equipped with at the bottom, and the frame legs during work can be opened.
4, Belt conveyor frame:
This equipment frame is a structural part connecting the main machine of the mobile concrete batch plant and the stone batching frame. It contains a belt conveyor frame, a main frame, a belt conveyor frame, and a batching frame to form a complete mobile batch plant main frame.
5, External equipment components:
The cement silo and screw conveyors. External equipment components are integral components no matter they are working or being transported, and can be transported as a whole without disassembly.
6, Main machine of small portable concrete batch plant:
